DescriptionWe are currently seeking a full-time senior process control engineer having 7+ years of experience for our Indianapolis, IN location.
Job Duties:
Technical Lead of projects
Technical consultation with clients
Review of project proposals
Mentoring of junior level engineers
Development of System Requirement Specifications
Review and Approve P&IDS and Electrical Drawings
Electrical Design
Programming of PLC/HMI and DCS systems
Development of Test Protocols and Testing Execution
Implementation and Startup support
PREFERRED SKILLS
PLC - Allen-Bradley (PLC5, SLC500, ControlLogix)
HMI - RSView32, RSViewSE, Wonderware, IFix
DCS - DeltaV, Foxboro I/A - MUST HAVE DELTAV DCS EXPERIENCE
Electrical Design and Troubleshooting
Loop Tuning
Instrument specification
I/O Layout
Continuous and Batch Process Control
Machine Control
Database Programming
GMP Experience
Education Requirements: BS degree in Engineering
Travel Requirements: Less than 20%
