DescriptionPosition Summary
Provide technical leadership in the delivery of control system solutions that meet all customers functional requirements and maximize customer satisfaction.
We are looking for a Lead Batch Automation Engineer with the following background:
Defines data management solutions and documentation for batch processes
Executes projects in accordance with S88 practices
Integrates DeltaV control system for reporting purposes
Effectively communicates with customers to fully define and agree project requirements.
Proactively recommends potential quality and efficiency improvements within the engineering group
Shares technical knowledge with project team, supervisor, own discipline and other engineering disciplines
Reports progress and technical problems to project and engineering supervisor.
Requirements
Ability to design, lead and implement-customized complex and/or standard engineering solutions
Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline plus 7-10+ years of practical experience in the process control or process industries
Strong Knowledge of S88 including the application standard for batch configuration, testing, and startup
DeltaV experience
RSBatch experience
Excellent communication skills- both oral and written
Experience in the Pharmaceutical, or Batch manufacturing, Chemical, or Life Sciences industries strongly.
