World Class Manufacturer is searching for a Maintenance Manager for one of their biggest facilities in the company. This is a high volume, very automated facility. The role will handle all maintenance for the manufacturing equipment along with the building. So basically handling all maintenance activities related to the production of the product and the entire facility, and much more. The successful candidate will have experience in the consumer packaged goods industry (Food, OTC, Pharmaceuticals, etc). Would prefer a Bachelors degree but not mandatory. At least 3 years of experience in Maintenance. This individual should have a hands-on approach and have experience in a World Class Manufacturing or Lean Manufacturing environment. These responsibilities require that the individual have electrical controls maintenance experience, PLC programming, deal with the equipment for manufacturing and the facility. This individual will be responsible for all maintenance personnel, maintenance planners and inventory supervisors.


Requirements for Maintenance Manager:

1. Three or more years of Maintenance Manager experience.
2. Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry (Food, OTC, Pharmaceuticals, etc). required.
3. PLC programming experience.
4. Someone that will be ready to step into a larger role within a few years.
