The data coordinator will support HCM system functionality, system features, report generation, data integrity and data analysis.  Design, monitor and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation based on lessons learned, continuous improvement and quarterly releases for modules.  Creates and publish dashboards and metrics.  Lead process improvement efforts, primarily in the areas of workflow, system enhancements and utilization.  Develop and write quality assurance tests and participate in their execution.  Manage day-to-day operations, and special projects.  Support the lead with release updates and work with leadership to determine enablement plan.  Manage thorough testing of system changes in Test and Production environments. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Coordination
  • Provide end-user support and escalate data entry inquiries to service delivery lead
  • Responsible for data entry and troubleshooting data issues
  • Responsible for completing all HRIS transactions as an HR Administrator role
  • Partner operations lead system upgrades, identify, and resolve system issues
  • Produce and deliver standard reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc requests based on business need
Audit and Compliance
  • Complete required data audits ensuring that we are meeting compliance standards
  • Assist with project specific data support including auditing benefit open enrollment files, assisting with the consolidated merit data entry if required
  • Support the talent acquisition team to ensure that all reporting and auditing needs are met and compliant
  • Performs all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of the company

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships at multiple levels in the company
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong analytical capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, MIS or related discipline is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience querying data, data manipulation and report generation
  • Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes; understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact
