Successful individual requires proactive, analytical, inquisitive, and can manage projects/vendors effectively; strong verbal and written communication skills;; solid understanding of the CRM and customer master; develop new or improved programs that address sales force challenges and the changing selling environment with a strong focus on capabilities needed to effectively launch new brands, grow in-line brands and sell mature portfolio brands. 

The Sales Effectiveness/CRM candidate will be responsible for leading support for the customer relationship management process and creation of a customer master for In-Line portfolio management planning.
 
Must have strong leadership qualities to add value and insight to the brand teams and senior level management through their competencies in sales force design, deployment processes and alignment processes.
 
Also, develops functional communications and is the lead for questions / inquiries on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and customer master design from commercial stakeholder and Field Sales staff.
 
This person will develop and maintain highly productive working partnerships, as a value-add consultant, with Brand and Sales teams to enable success in building size, structure and brand portfolio resource recommendations for In-Line brands.
 
Develop expertise in understanding of brand strategy and implications into resourcing model recommendations. Successfully gather all necessary inputs (e.g., segmentation scheme, forecast, and Extended Channel coverage) for inclusion into the alignment and customer master processes as well as facilitate feedback, regarding CRM and customer master with business justification communications.
 
 Must leverage relationships with brand teams and senior management and collaborate with other company customers to increase visibility/alignment of CRM and customer master structures.

Qualifications:
Experience with 3-5 years in Sales Operations supporting efforts in territory alignments, call reporting, CRM and customer master support.
* Strong knowledge of relevant healthcare industry information resources.
* Strong organizational skills and time management; ability to manage diverse range of simultaneous projects.
* Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with peers and customers.
* Strong proactive communication (oral/written) skills and ability to present very technical information to management team.
 
Education:
* Bachelor's Degree required; MBAMBA or Master's degree preferred in Business Admin; Statistics, Science or other healthcare relevant disciplines
* Sales Leadership Roles
* IT / Consulting Experience a plus
