Job Description
This growing Medical Device / Biotech company in northern Chicago is looking for a Senior Principal Engineer to develop new or improve products and processes.

Requirements:

Candidate must have Medical Device design experience, along with a successful track record of managing engineers and lab technicians in a wide-range of activities. Should have experience/knowledge of CAD, TQM (Total Quality Management), DOE, Problem Analysis/Resolution, Statistical Methods; be recognized as a technical expert.

Job duties include:
  • Develop new or improved products and processes
  • Financial planning; assist in justifying project approval
  • Supervision of engineers and lab technicians
  • Program / project management
  • Plan / schedule / lead teams in project engineering work
