Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Project Management this person will help build the department project management office. This is a leadership position responsible for directing a global organization accountable to develop and implement world-class project management strategies, develop and train staff, who direct the planning and manage the development, registration and launch of commercially viable drug products. As a part of the Project Management team, establishes consistent project planning and management practices applicable across all Global Project Teams and across all phases of drug development.
In this high profile role you will inherit a team and will be responsible for coaching and mentoring as the department expands.
This person should hold an advanced degree and have at least 10 years of project management experience related to drug development.
Experience with a major pharma or biotech is also required
