Associate Director - Quality Assurance
Global leader in the development and production of life saving pharmaceuticals seeks an Associate Director of Quality Assurance to oversee QA activities within the manufacturing operations group at the company's flagship manufacturing site near Omaha, Nebraska. The Associate Director will:
- Lead development, maintenance and ongoing review of quality systems within manufacturing operations plant wide
- Lead a large QA team, providing daily leadership and strategic direction on the manufacturing floor.
- Oversee quality investigations, deviations, and complaints, both plant wide as well as 3rd party
- Develop and implement resolution plans for corrective action
- Monitor and ensure third party compliance
- Oversee plant quality groups to ensure site wide compliance
- Perform applicable audits at supplier and 3rd party sites
- Manage 3rd party documentation
